Getting set up
Four steps to your first load
Most carriers are approved and booking within one business day, provided your paperwork is current.
Submit the pre-qualification form
Carrier name, MC and DOT numbers, contact details, the lanes you run and the equipment you operate. Takes about five minutes.
Send your paperwork
W-9, certificate of insurance naming Time Logistics as certificate holder, and your signed carrier packet. Email them to carriersetup@timelogisticsinc.com.
We verify authority and insurance
We check active operating authority and safety record with FMCSA, and confirm your coverage directly with the agent listed on the certificate.
Set up payment and start booking
Return the quick pay and ACH authorization form, then our carrier services team starts matching you against loads on your lanes.

What we need on file
Missing or expired paperwork is the single most common reason a setup stalls. Have these ready and the process moves quickly.
- Operating authority
- Active MC and USDOT authority in good standing with FMCSA, verifiable on SAFER.
- Auto liability insurance
- Certificate of insurance showing current coverage. CONFIRM REQUIRED LIMIT WITH CARRIER SERVICES BEFORE LAUNCH.
- Cargo insurance
- Certificate showing current cargo coverage, with Time Logistics, Inc. named as certificate holder. CONFIRM REQUIRED LIMIT.
- W-9
- Completed and signed, matching the legal entity name on your authority.
- Signed carrier packet
- Our broker-carrier agreement, returned signed.
- Payment authorization
- Quick pay and ACH authorization form, or your factoring company’s notice of assignment.

Questions we get asked
How fast do I get paid?
Quick pay is standard, not an upgrade, with funds turned around in 24 to 48 hours. We offer several payment methods depending on what suits your operation, including ACH.
Do you work with factoring companies?
Yes. Send your factoring company’s notice of assignment during setup and we will route payment accordingly. If you switch factors, tell us before your next load rather than after.
What paperwork do I send after delivery?
Signed bill of lading and proof of delivery, emailed to your carrier services contact. An unreadable scan is the most common cause of a payment delay, so check the image before you send it.
Do I need to make check calls?
No. We would rather you share location and status through our system while in transit. It saves you the interruptions and gives our customer better information than a phone call would.
Can I tell you which lanes I want?
Yes, and you should. Share your preferred lanes with the carrier services team during setup. Reducing your empty miles is the point. A loaded truck on a lane you already run is better for both of us.
Are you an asset-based carrier?
Time Logistics is a licensed property broker, not an asset-based carrier. Our sister company AllSource Transportation provides dedicated asset-based capacity that complements what we do.
