Joshua Hicks

As Information Systems Manager for Time Logistics, Josh is charged with managing and monitoring all installed systems, networks, and security infrastructure. Josh has been a member of the TLI team since 2016. During this time, he has worked with leadership and the IS department to ensure all information systems are performing in a manner that provides the optimal experience for both employees and customers.

Prior work experience and his education in both IT and business have allowed Josh to develop a unique perspective on how to best manage TLI’s information systems. Josh is a graduate of King University with degrees in both IT (BS in Information Technology) and Business (MBA in Project Management). He also has a master’s in Information Systems Security from University of the Cumberlands. Simultaneous to achieving these degrees, Josh has also worked to become Azure, Microsoft 365, and ITIL certified.
