Mike Shorette

In 2006, Michael relocated to Tennessee to join TLI, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all daily operations. His career in freight management and logistics began in 1996, starting with routing freight and loading trucks. A Cum Laude graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, for years Michael had managed TLI’s transportation management system and numerous other industry technologies employed by the company before taking on the role of COO.

Michael has also earned industry certifications in Transportation Contract Law (SMC3), Freight Classification (NMFTA), and Certified Transportation Broker (TIA).
